Kenko 健康  in Japanese means health.  Our focus is on the wellbeing of the individual as well as the community.

Often times we seek out treatment when we are in transition or having difficulties navigating our lives. Our body as well as our mind, heart, and spirit (or Ki) can become distressed resulting in experiences of disorientation. Other times we may experience "kiki" or crisis, that can upend our lives, leaving us wanting for meaning and reassurance.

At Kenko Interventions, we view crises as opportunity for change and growth (also called kiki). Our focus is to help individuals become self-reliant, energized, and aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a thorough evaluation to create an individualized treatment plan that guides the therapeutic process. Contact us to learn more!

Life is not about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself. ~ George Bernard Shaw
